Even a person can change, physically or attitude.

Son 'resurrected' after mum misidentifies body

Gina Partington, 58, was called to confirm the identity of a body who a care worker had identified as her homeless son Thomas Dennison, 39, earlier this month.

After seeing the corpse in the chapel of rest at Manchester Royal Infirmary she confirmed it was her son. He suffers from mental health problems and had gone missing days earlier.

She spent nearly an hour with the body, holding the man's hand and kissing his head.

Once police established that the death was not suspicious they released the body to the family, and he was cremated this Tuesday.

Man poisons wedding guests in Somaliland

Authorities in the breakaway Somali republic of Somaliland have arrested a man for poisoning dozens of guests at his younger brother's wedding.

Ambe Abdillahi Omer, 39, apparently poisoned sweets he handed out at Saturday's celebration near the Ethiopian border, and also put poison in water jugs and on eating utensils.

The local chairman of Faraweine, Hassan Mohamed Abdirahman, said one of Omer's brothers and a sister had died. Omer's mother and four other people were seriously ill in hospital.

"He distributed about 200 poisoned candies to all who participated in the ceremony," Abdirahman told reporters. "It is a miracle that the bride and bridegroom are safe."

The chairman said Omer had confessed to trying to kill as many people as possible, and said he had no regrets. The motive behind the attack remained unclear, the official said.

HOW=expecially the first thing you wake up in the morning,

drink lots of water b4 brushing teeth and eat.

WHY=it help to clean your digestion organ..can help to slim your tummy

2~Food

HOW=eat your breakfast,even you dont have any time even a cookie will do..

its important.more food at morning less at noon and less a bit at nite.

WHY=also to help us to digest better,and store enough energy for us

3~vitamins

HOW=better get some vitamins in pills or in the nature ways to boost up your body..

4~less eating maggi mee

WHY=we usually eating cup noddle, or in a packet.dont alwayse eat such thing because it can cause cancer.belive me...

5~get enough sleep

sleep whenever you got free time,but dont slip overdose.erm as a student like us the minimum is 5 hour maximum is 9hour..dont just because of assignment or tests make you dint slip.

6~eat more fruit

i know cafe dint sell any fruits,but pasar malam got sell alot of it..go there every week on thursday to buy some..beside that u can make some exercise while walking to buy some fruit.fruit can make ur digestion organ work better

7~do exercise

even its just walking its very helps already..luckily our ump's hostel is stair only and need us to use walking to go to classes..

that's what i can think of to have a strong body while studying abord..

Erm....Very very confuse...Don't know true or not....sometime i feel it like not true but sometime i feel like it's true....I already told myself not to think so much about it...but...sometime..i just got that feeling...making me no mood and want to be alone...Really don't like myself like that....Ok...i will promise to control my feeling and stop thinking so so much...And concerntrate what i need to do. Weather it's true or not..let it be..im ok with it..i will take whatever it is.

Erm..what to post ho...erm...dont know what to post..so talk about what i do today...today..wake up see see got water ..fortunately..hehe..than go open laptop for a while..than go wat lunch..after lunch go library...go library oso not whole time study la...got play game olso..erm..after that go eat dinner...than go back room and write blog..wow...this whole day the things i do only in few sentences only??erm...time

No water at UMP o...How come?? I also don't know..But this problem have been haunted us for many time..some more me and my roommate room at the third floor at C6..very hard lei...if wan us go down take water than take it up 3 floor r?? wah.."knot knot knot o....."the gravity force very high o at the third floor...really cannot..This no water problem make our work all delay..delay...delay...the frustrated thing is wake up first ting in the morning see no water come out from the tab..aduh...so..blur blur go down to other block go take bath...haiyo...Hope this things wont happened anymore la..haiyo...Please la...ok...

Exam yesterday..haiz...very very damn dono how to do..
equation i forget, don't know the question wan me to find what, don't know the step, don't know how to answer the theory...wah...in short my point is "i don't know hot to do my exam"
But i know that all happened because og my wrong i will prepare myself more early next time..i don't want this happened to me anymore.

Valentine day were the best day..hehe..we go outing to kuantan today..scare to go pass the guard house..my rumate(hamtaro) help me to be invincible in front of the makcik and pakcik guard..hehe..then success pass the guard house and than arive kuantan..hehe..watch a singapore and malaysian movie...

i am a very very very blur person...everytime forget to bring tings..go class if go out of the room, conform must got come back room again to take my stuff the i forget.
Got 1 time when i got back home for my chinese new year holiday i realize i forgot to bring my ic....haiz...and the bus was on the way to kl ready from kuantan...wow....luckily got vincent help me...hehe..vincent hurry tell the bus driver stop 4 a while..vincent hurry call a siang to take vincent back to ump and take my ic...U know how my ic from my room went to vincent hand?? hehe..i also need say thanks to Nancy my roomate for taking my ic to vincent...thanks o...than few minute later i get back my ic..hehehe...
